Molded in black High Density Linear Polyethylene with a 1.9 specific gravity rating, this cone bottom tank stands 180 inches tall on a 90.0 x 90.0 inch footprint and forces every gallon toward the cone outlet. The 1.9 SG rating is the number that matters most here: it is the densest standard polyethylene rating, the ceiling that lets you run heavy process chemistry a lighter-walled vessel could not carry.

Filled with water this tank carries roughly 32,526 pounds; at its maximum rated contents weight it holds up to 61,799 pounds of product. Those two numbers are the same 1.9 SG spec viewed two ways - the wall is engineered for liquids up to 1.9 specific gravity, and at that density the contents alone reach about 61,800 pounds before you add tank tare. Two entries carry a hard ceiling, not just a tested point: Sodium Hypochlorite is rated only up to 16.5% (requalify above that), and Ozonated Water only up to 10 PPM (PVC, EPDM). The mistake to avoid

The single most common error on a tank this size is the gasket. The slate above splits between EPDM and Viton, with Aflas on peracetic acid - putting an EPDM gasket on a strong oxidizer like sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, or concentrated sulfuric acid will fail the seal long before the polyethylene shows any wear. The wall material can be right and the fitting still leak.
