The mistake to avoid
The most common error on a tank this large is matching the gasket and fitting material to the tank but not to the chemical. EPDM is correct for the salts, DEF, and urea above, but it fails fast on sodium hypochlorite, the acids, and peracetic acid, which need Viton or Aflas; and 316 stainless is specified for DEF and peracetic acid where PVC is not appropriate.
