Full, the 32327 loads a 102 inch circle to 34,194 pounds, which is a slab designed by the ACI 360R-10 method in the concrete pad sizing guide, level enough that 130 inches of tank stands plumb. Empty, 714 pounds with that side area is a sail: strap it, or keep water in it. The 26 inch manway is 130 inches up, so inspection is a ladder tied off at the top.
