A reserve that stays out of sight

At 91 inches tall this tank sits below a typical fence line or eave, which is why it ends up behind houses, under pole barns, beside shops where a tall tank would be an eyesore, and in bays with low clearance. Its uses are the everyday ones: well water storage, rainwater collection, livestock and garden irrigation reserves, a supply for a wash bay or a spray rig fill point. The low profile means the manway is easy to reach for a float change or a cleaning, and the tank sits steady in wind once it holds water. Two things to plan. First, the 143 inch circle needs a slab that is level and in full contact everywhere, built to our concrete pad sizing guide. Second, a short tank gives little pressure by gravity, so plan a pump at the outlet for anything uphill or far away. What to check before you buy

1. The weight of the liquid. 1.5 specific gravity is the limit. A dense brine or concentrate needs the 1.9 rated heavy duty version of this shell, which we also list.
2. The outlet. No bottom fitting is listed for this tank. Tell us the pipe size and what it feeds and we will confirm the fitting before you order.
3. The manway. 18 inch threaded and vented on top, wide enough for a hose, a float switch and a brush.
4. Access. Measure the gate or doorway. A 143 inch tank has to get to the pad before it can be set.

It is wider than a standard trailer and moves as an oversize load, so check the route to the pad before the truck is booked.
