The mistake to avoid

The 1.5 rating tells you the tank wall can handle a liquid up to 1.5 times the density of water - but you still have to build the foundation and anchoring for that loaded weight, and confirm your actual fluid density falls at or under 1.5. Under-building the pad or over-filling with a denser product than the tank is rated for is what turns a long-service tank into an early failure.
