The Snyder 7430000C34 is a black polyethylene vertical storage tank, 102 inches across and 188 inches tall, holding 6,000 gallons at 1,450 pounds. A foot and a half of floor, bought with four feet of height
Where the standard 6,000 wants a ten foot circle, this one stands in eight and a half, and on a pad drawn around an existing berm or between two other tanks that foot and a half is the whole decision. The price is the ratio: full at the rating it puts 95,076 pounds on a 102 inch circle, a heavy load per square foot, so the slab is engineered per the concrete pad sizing guide, and empty, sixteen feet of polyethylene on that base is cabled to structure before the first fill. The 7000000C34 and C37-BLACK are the black 6,000s on the ten foot base at eleven feet, four hundred pounds lighter, and the 7140300N40 the 6,000 at 145 inches in the other chemical wall. The 5250000N40 lays 5,600 gallons down to 102 inches on a 142 inch base for a low roof, and the 8220000C34 is the black 6,200 at 140 inches.

What is fitted
- Outlet: 3 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting, at the base; tell us the liquid when ordering and the fitting is matched to it, with a flanged transition, a flexible connector to hard pipe, and the valve supported off the pad in the material the chemical calls for.
- Access: 18 inch threaded, vented manway, 188 inches up; a platform with a rail for anyone who opens it. Fill by dip tube so the liquid does not foam, vent to outdoors on a fuming chemical, and match the vent to the delivery pump rather than trusting a stock cap.
- Service limit: 120 F / 48 C.
Sixteen feet of liquid above a 3 inch outlet is a strong flooded suction, and the outlet drains a full tank in a working shift; put the pump below the outlet, where gravity keeps it primed, and let a low-level float shut it down before it runs dry. One chemical, one label, one closed manway; and at each opening a light on the wall above the liquid, where a chemical tank shows its age first. In a freezing climate the outlet valve and the first run of pipe get heat trace or insulation; the tank body itself can ice from the top down and come to no harm.
Tight pads, tall bays
A coagulant or caustic tank squeezed into an existing berm at a water plant, acid at an industrial plant between two other tanks, brine at a food plant with a tall bay, and a fertilizer solution tank at a co-op with no yard.
