Where the narrow 310 fits
This is a holding and dispensing tank for a space that has height to spare and floor to spend carefully: a day tank beside a dosing pump, a bulk make-up of a treatment chemical, a fertilizer blend held and drawn off through the day. Openings, fittings and what to check before you buy
- Outlet. A 2 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting at the point of the cone. A ball valve threads straight in. Fit it before the first fill and support the valve and the first length of pipe so the fitting carries liquid, not hardware.
- Lid. An 8 inch threaded vented lid. Enough for a fill hose, a float or a look inside, not for a bag of product or an arm.
- Footprint and floor. Forty-three inches across. The stand needs a flat, level, continuous floor under all of it, with no drain, joint or slope beneath. A full tank is a concentrated load of well over a ton with water in it; the floor rating is your installer's call.
