Viscous product that has to clear the bottom every time

Syrups, slurries, thick suspensions, adhesives and dense blends do not drain from a shallow cone; they bridge, cling and leave a heel that has to be scraped out. A 45 degree cone solves that with geometry: the steep wall keeps the product moving to the point under its own weight, so the tank empties completely and the next batch starts clean. The stand comes with the tank, which settles the question most cone buyers face separately, and the 68 inch overall height on a 50 by 45 inch footprint fits under a standard ceiling with room to fill from above. The discharge under a viscous load, and the opening on top

1. Bottom outlet. No outlet size is listed for this tank. On a viscous product the discharge size decides whether the cone empties or plugs, so tell us the liquid and the valve or pipe size you plan to run and we will confirm what Snyder supplies at the point of the cone.
2. Top opening. 12 inches. Wide enough to fill from a hose, a pump or a pail and to see the level; keep working room above it.
3. The stand. Included. Level it on both diagonals before the first fill, and leave room under the cone for the valve and a container.
4. Rating. 1.5 specific gravity and 120 F. Warm product flows better, but check the working temperature against the limit.
