What goes in it

The 1.9 rating is for liquids heavier than water: fertilizer blends, brines and treatment chemicals. If you blend in it, read our note on fertilizer blend stratification; a tall tank layers more readily than a long one. Openings and fittings

1. Outlet. A 2 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting, factory installed low in the end wall. A 2 inch valve or camlock threads straight in. Support the valve and the first length of hose so the fitting carries liquid, not hardware.
2. Manway. A 16 inch threaded vented manway on top, 70 inches up: reachable from the ground for filling and inspection.
