Openings and fittings
- Outlet. A 3 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting with a 2 inch reducer and a siphon tube. Pull the reducer for a 3 inch line or leave it for 2 inch. Support the pipe and the pump on their own so the fitting carries liquid, not hardware.
- Manway. A 16 inch threaded vented manway on top: fill line, level sensor, and access for a hand and a brush. The vent must stay clear so the tank breathes as the pump draws.
