The honest buy for a liquid that never tests the wall

Bulk water is what this tank is for: irrigation and stock water, process and rinse water, rainwater and roof runoff aggregated for reuse, effluent holding, a fertilizer solution at a grower. The 1.35 rating is a ceiling you need to respect, not a target: a liquid denser than 1.35 times water belongs in the 1.5 or 1.9 rated versions of this same body, both of which we list. A rotationally moulded floor bears on its own floor and nothing else, so 87,570 lb of water presses down through a 143 inch circle. Openings, and what to confirm before you buy

1. Manway. 18 inch threaded vented manway, 179 inches up. A fixed ladder or platform with a rail and gate, and a hard-piped fill landed at the manway. Fill through a dip tube to the floor so the stream does not foam the headspace and wet the upper wall; our vapor headspace wall thickness article explains why that band is the one to inspect.
2. Outlet. This listing carries no outlet size. Tell us the liquid and the pipe you are tying into when you order and we confirm what Snyder fits to this shell before it ships. The drawing is linked under Technical Drawing on this page.
3. Base plumbing. First valve on its own support off the pad, flexible connector to hard pipe, pump below the outlet with a low-level float.

Stand 2,500 lb upright in a single pick with straps around the body and never through the manway, onto a cured pad with the anchorage already cast in.
