A wide floor spreads the load
Full, the tank holds 9,174 pounds of water spread over an 86 inch circle. The 1,000 gallon 32523 is 26 inches narrower and 36 inches taller than this tank. Same water, different shape, and the choice is entirely about the space you have: height-limited sites take the WB42, footprint-limited sites take the 60 inch tanks. The WB43 is this tank with 2 more inches of height; the WG parts are the same molds in green for potable service in sunlight. The 1,300 gallon 32535 goes the other way entirely: 60 inches across and 114 inches tall, a tank for a corner rather than a crawlspace. What is on it
- Inlet: 1-1/2 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting.
- Outlet: 2 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting.
- Access: 18 inch threaded, vented manway, reachable from the ground on a 53 inch tank.
The outlet sits at the base of the wall so the tank drains to the last few gallons; put a full-port valve on it first, then the pump, with a union between them. The inlet on top takes a float valve for automatic refill from a well or a pressure line, and the manway is for inspection and cleaning, not filling.
