Only 53 inches of head sits over the outlet, so a gravity feed from this tank is a slow one; plan a pump for anything beyond a hose bib, mounted below the outlet so it primes by gravity. A green wall is opaque, and a sight tube teed off the outlet is the level gauge that costs the least and works in every light. In a freezing climate the body takes ice from the top down without harm; the outlet valve and the first run of pipe are the parts to insulate or drain.
