Small, low and certified
A tank barely taller than it is wide cannot tip and keeps a pump suction flooded to the last few inches; the cost is a 32 inch circle of floor, which is nothing. A 39 inch white tank shows its level in daylight, and a float switch for low level is usually enough in a pump room. Mount the dosing pump below the outlet so it primes by gravity, and route the vent outside on anything that fumes. Keep the lid closed against vapor loss and the tank out of direct sun where the chemical is light-sensitive.
