The N42 is cross-linked polyethylene for hypochlorite and the other oxidizers, and the N48 and N51 are other linear grades, all at this tank's weight in the same shell. The 1012700N48 holds 100 gallons at the same height on a base 3 inches narrower, and the 1540200N51 holds 120 gallons 2 inches shorter on a base an inch narrower.

Fittings and access

• Outlet: specify the bulkhead fitting for the chemical when ordering; a flexible line to the pump suction and a valve supported off the floor.

Put the dosing pump below the outlet, where it primes by gravity, with a union and a check valve in the suction line. A white 41 inch tank shows its level at a glance; a low-level float switch protects the pump. Keep the lid closed against vapor loss and the tank out of direct sun where the chemical is light-sensitive; a 33 inch tank fits a standard spill pallet.
