Sixteen and a half feet of tank
At 196.5 inches the top of this tank is above most single-story eaves, so the first check is the path in: the clearance under power lines, the reach of the crane or telehandler, and the height of the door if it is going inside. The second is the vent. Emptying 12,000 gallons fast pulls a large volume of air through the manway vent, and filling it from a truck pushes the same volume out; a blocked vent on a tank this tall is a collapsed wall.
