Full, the WV51 puts 16,680 pounds on a 90 inch circle, low enough that no strap is needed; a compacted gravel pad or a slab in full contact carries it, and the floor bears on the whole pad, so the pad is what matters. Ports and manway
- Inlet: 1-1/2 inch.
- Outlet: 2 inch, at the base; a flexible connector between the bulkhead and the hard pipe, with the valve carried on its own support.

A 2 inch outlet feeds a pressure pump or an irrigation pump without starving it, and an 18 inch manway on a 90 inch tank admits a hose, a float valve and a person's arm at once. The white wall shows the level in daylight, so no sight tube is needed. Where it freezes, insulate or drain the outlet valve and the first length of pipe; the body takes ice from the top down without harm.
What it holds in practice
