The N30 is the sulfuric acid grade and the N42 is cross-linked polyethylene for oxidizers, both 35 pounds heavier in the same shell. Openings and the alarm layers

• Access: 18 inch threaded, vented manway on the primary, at chest height; filled by hose or tote pump through a dip tube, vented outside on anything that fumes.
• Outlet: through both walls at once, the transition supported from the floor rather than the fitting; name the chemical when ordering so the fitting matches it.
• Service limit: 120 F / 48 C.

Two levels to watch: the primary, with a sender chosen for the chemical per the level gauge selection guide, and the interstitial space, which is the leak alarm and gets a float switch and a logged check. Turnover and changeover

Size the refill schedule so the tank turns over before the chemical degrades; hypochlorite in particular is bought in small lots often. At changeover the low shape earns its keep: the manway is at chest height and the floor is a hand's reach through it, so a wash-down wand cleans the primary without anyone leaning over an opening. Drain, rinse, drain again, and let it dry before the new fill, and log each fill with its date and strength.
