Reaching a lid at 127 inches on a light tank

• Manway: 18 inch threaded, vented, at 127 inches. A platform with a rail reaches it, and on a 510 pound tank the platform stands on its own legs, never on the tank; a tank this light moves under a person's weight. Ten feet of head keeps a pump below the outlet flooded to the last few inches; a low-level float stops it before it draws air.
