Outlet, manway, vent

• Outlet: 3 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting, at the base; tell us the liquid when ordering and the fitting is matched to it, with a flanged transition, a flexible connector to hard pipe, and the valve supported off the pad in the material the chemical calls for.
• Access: 18 inch threaded, vented manway, 127 inches up, reached from a step or a short platform; fill through a dip tube to the floor, vent outside on anything that fumes, and size the vent for the delivery pump.
• Service limit: 120 F / 48 C.

Ten and a half feet of liquid above a 3 inch outlet is a strong flooded suction, and the outlet drains a full tank in a working shift; put the pump below the outlet, where gravity keeps it primed, and let a low-level float shut it down before it runs dry. Keep the lid shut between fills, name the chemical on the wall, and inspect above the liquid line with a light; that band of wall is where trouble starts.
