What to check before you buy
- The liquid. Up to 1.35 specific gravity and 120 F in this tank. Check it in the chemical compatibility guide; a liquid heavier than 1.35 times water needs the heavy duty wall of this shell, not this one.
- The outlet. Tell us the liquid and the pipe size you are connecting and we confirm the fitting that goes in the wall. On a low tank the suction head is short, so mount the pump below the outlet, fit a low-level float, carry the first valve on its own support, and connect to hard pipe through a flexible connector.
