A steel tote duty, and why it is not a plastic one
The buyer here has decided the vessel has to be steel, usually for one of three reasons: the contents are aggressive to a plastic wall or take something from it; the duty cycle is long and the tote has to survive being moved, filled and drained for years rather than seasons; or a customer specification simply names stainless.
