Two tankers of air have to leave through the vent

Eighteen feet of liquid above a 3 inch outlet is the strongest flooded suction in the family, and the outlet drains a full tank in a working shift; put the pump below the outlet so gravity keeps it primed, and a low-level float shuts it down before it draws air.
