Chemical feed tanks are engineered specifically for metering-pump service — sized, ported, and stand-integrated for inline dosing of chlorine, polymers, coagulants, pH adjusters, scale inhibitors, and biocides. Compliance & Standards

Rotomolded to ASTM D1998 from FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 polyethylene. XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) construction is standard on feed-station tanks for aggressive chemistries; HDPE for water-side and dilute service. Engineering & Selection

Feed-station tanks ship with an integrated stand sized for the tank shell — never substitute a lower-rated stand. The stand height plus tank height determines suction head available to your metering pump; coordinate with the pump vendor before final placement. Outlet sizing is typically 1.5" or 2" FNPT with bulkhead union — verify thread spec and material against your pump suction port. Vent and fill ports are typically top-mounted; confirm orientation.

Freight & Delivery

Tanks ship LTL motor freight from the closest stocking warehouse to your delivery ZIP. Typical transit 5–10 business days. Liftgate available at delivery (per-shipment fee).
