Where a 2450 fits

Openings and fittings

1. Outlet. A 2 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting low in the wall. Thread a 2 inch valve straight in and follow it with a union. Support the valve and the first pipe run on their own.
2. Inlet. A 1-1/2 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting for the fill line.
3. Manway. A 16 inch threaded vented manway on top for filling, a float switch and cleaning access. At 86 inches tall, a two-step stool reaches it.
4. Rating. 1.1 specific gravity, a maximum of 9.18 lb per gallon. Water and rainwater. Most liquid fertilizers are heavier and need a tank rated 1.5 or higher. Keep contents under 120 F.
