Full of water, the 5330300N39 puts 87,570 pounds on a 143 inch circle, and a rotationally molded floor bears on the whole pad, so the pad is what matters: an engineered slab in full contact under the entire floor, screeded flat, with no pipe trench or drain crossing under it. The N43 and N45 are the 1.5 and 1.9 walls in this same certified shell, 100 and 500 pounds heavier, for coagulants and then for the dense chemicals; the N33 is this same wall in black for water in the sun. Openings as shipped

• Outlet: the bulkhead fitting is chosen for the liquid at order time; a flexible connector between the bulkhead and hard pipe, an expansion joint, and the valve supported off the slab. For a fire reserve a large outlet is specified at order.
• Access: 18 inch threaded, vented manway, 179 inches up, reached from a fixed platform with a rail.
• Service limit: 120 F / 48 C.

A tank this size moves a great deal of air as it fills, empties and warms in the sun, so the vent is sized for the pump-out rate and the fill rate, not left at the manway default, and it is screened. The white wall shows the level in daylight from a distance; fit a sender read at ground level so nobody climbs for a number. In a freezing climate insulate or drain the outlet valve and the first run of pipe; at this volume the body freezes slowly and from the top down.
