Venting a tank this size is a calculation, not a guess
Ten thousand gallons pumped out fast moves a very large volume of air through the manway vent, and a delivery truck pumping in does the reverse. If the vent cannot keep up, the wall pulls inward on draw-down or bulges on fill, and a 142 inch poly wall does not forgive either. Two molds make 10,000 gallons: this 142 inch shape at 166.5 tall, and the 144 inch WB100 and WG100 at 161. The 32034 is this tank in black. The 8,000 gallon 32463 is the one to notice if the pad is tight: 22 inches narrower for 2,000 fewer gallons, but 16.5 inches taller. Buy by footprint first, then by rating, and only then by color.
