Low, wide, and light for its volume
At 70 inches the WV45 goes where the tall 1,500s would not, and 12,510 pounds of water on an 86 inch circle sits low enough that no strap is needed; a compacted gravel pad or a slab in full contact carries it. White is for indoors or shade; in sun it lets light in and the water grows algae, which is what a black or green tank is for. Ports and lid

A 2 inch outlet feeds a pressure pump or an irrigation pump without starving it, and the low shape keeps the suction flooded to the last few inches.
