The low shell for 2650 gallons

Eight feet one inch to the manway is as low as Snyder goes at this volume, and the trade is an eight and a half foot circle of floor. That shape fits under a mezzanine, a lean-to or a low barn roof where a taller tank will not, the fill line and vent still land above the opening, and a short step reaches the manway. Measure the door: the shell will not pass a normal one, so the route in is a decision, not an afterthought. The 1.5 wall covers water, rainwater, liquid fertilizer and the common farm and treatment liquids polyethylene handles. Anything denser than 1.5 times water, a brine or a concentrate, belongs in the heavy duty 1.9 rated version of this shell, which we also list. Full of water the tank puts 22,101 lb on an eight and a half foot circle, and the floor bears on all of it, so the slab must be level and in full contact. Openings and what to confirm before you buy

1. Manway. 18 inch threaded vented manway on top: fill line with a dip tube, level sender, and room for a hand and a brush. Size the vent to the delivery pump.
2. Outlet. This listing does not state an installed outlet. Tell us the drain size, material and direction and we will confirm with Snyder what the tank ships with.
3. Temperature. 140 F (60 C) service limit; ambient storage is well inside it.
