The 1800000 tanks stand the same 550 gallons on a 48 inch base at 75 inches, 29 inches taller, for a site with height and no floor. The 5780100N42 is the cross-linked 500 on a 53 inch base for oxidizers, and the 1700200N42 lays 710 gallons of cross-linked resin down to 68 inches on a 60 inch base.

Ports and access

• Access: 18 inch threaded, vented manway at waist height; filled through a dip tube from a hose or tote pump, with the vent run outdoors when the liquid fumes.
• Outlet: specify the bulkhead fitting for the liquid when ordering; a short flexible section after the bulkhead, and the valve supported from the pad rather than the tank.
• Service limit: 120 F / 48 C.

A 2 inch outlet on a low tank gives a pump a flooded suction to the last few inches; a garden hose runs by gravity but slowly, because there is little head. The white wall shows the level in daylight; a float switch at low level shuts the pump off before it runs dry. On a chemical, choose the sender for the liquid and keep the manway closed against vapor loss. If winters freeze, wrap or drain the outlet valve and the first pipe run.
