Where a 23 inch tank goes

A 23 inch circle is about the floor a steel drum takes up, so this tank goes where drums stand now: a corner of a shop, a bay in a pump house, a spot beside a metering pump or a mixer. Unlike a drum, it will not rust, it holds a little more, and you can see how much is left without opening it. At 41 inches tall the top sits at about waist height for filling from a jug or a transfer pump. Small footprint means a lot of weight per square inch. More than a thousand pounds can sit on that 23 inch base at full rating, so the floor, shelf or stand under it must be flat, level and solid all the way across.
