The squat shape in the 7000 gallon range

At 142 inches across and 122 inches tall this is a wide, short tank: nearly twelve feet of floor and a manway at just over ten feet. That suits a building with a low ceiling, and a fill line that has to land above the opening from a fixed height. The cost of the shape is footprint. A twelve foot circle does not tuck into a corner or pass through most openings, so walk the route from the truck to the pad before you order. The 1.9 wall is the reason to pick this tank over the standard version of the same shell: brines, concentrates and dense process solutions need it, while plain water and most fertilizers do not. A wide floor spreads the load but does not shrink it. At the rated density 110,922 lb bears on a 142 inch circle, and a rotationally moulded floor follows the concrete rather than bridging it, so the slab has to be level and in full contact across the whole circle. Openings and what to confirm before you buy

1. Manway. An 18 inch threaded vented manway on top. Size the vent to the delivery pump: the air displaced by 7000 gallons has to leave as fast as the liquid arrives.

3. Outlet. This listing does not state an installed outlet fitting. Tell us the liquid, the size and material you need and where the drain lands, and we will confirm with Snyder what comes on the tank and what is added.
4. Temperature. 140 F (60 C) is the service limit. A hot process liquid, or a tank in direct summer sun near that limit, needs a conversation first.
