The mistake to avoid
Do not assume every gasket is fine because the tank wall is rated 1.9 SG. The tank body and the elastomer at each fitting are two separate decisions - sodium hypochlorite, sulfuric acid, and hydrogen peroxide all need Viton (or Aflas for peracetic acid), while most salts and glycols run EPDM. Putting an EPDM gasket on a strong-oxidizer line is the failure that shows up as a leak, not a warning.
