- Top opening. 16 inches: fill from a hose, mount a float or a mixer bracket, and get a hand and a brush inside.
- Stand. A 20 degree cone needs a 20 degree stand. The stand height sets the clearance under the outlet, so measure the valve, pump or drum first.
