Openings and fittings

1. Outlet. A 3 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting, factory installed low in the side wall. Unlike the smaller tanks in this line it comes without a reducer, so your 3 inch valve threads straight in. Support the valve and the first run of pipe so the fitting carries liquid, not hardware.
2. Manway. A 22 inch threaded vented manway on top, 193 inches up: fill point, vent and a wide opening for a pump drop, a float or a cleaning crew's gear.
