The wide base keeps the center of gravity low and the 24 inch manway at 161 inches rather than 183, and the heavy wall shrugs off sun and thermal cycling and carries pipe load at the bolted outlet. Snyder's 8,000 to 10,500 gallon water tanks

The WB100 is the same mold in black with a lighter wall and the same bolted outlet. The 32034 is the lightest 10,000 gallon tank, 5.5 inches taller on a 142 inch base with threaded fittings, for the water-only site on a budget. The WG101 adds 500 gallons at 170 inches on a 142 inch base, and the 32463 is the narrow answer, 8,000 gallons on a 120 inch base at 183 inches.

What is fitted

• Inlet: 1-1/2 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting.
• Outlet: 2 inch polypropylene fitting with a stainless steel bolted flange, at the base; re-torque the bolts after the first full fill.
• Access: 24 inch threaded, vented manway.
• Service limit: 120 F / 48 C.

A bolted outlet holds a rigid pipe, a heavy valve or a fire department connection without working the tank wall; put a flexible transition in the line anyway, because a 161 inch polyethylene wall grows and shrinks with the day. Freight for a twelve foot tank

At 144 inches across the WG100 is oversize freight in every state, on a flatbed at a lane rate that the freight cost estimator gives you for your ZIP; the listed price is before freight. A telehandler or crane lifts the 2,420 pound shell onto the pad. Fill in stages and watch the slab and the bolted flange through the first fill, following the hydrostatic test methodology guide, and torque the flange once more after the hold. Mark the vent and the outlet on the outside of the shell so nobody caps the wrong one in the dark.
