Planning the base
Full, the 32547 puts 13,344 pounds on an 86 inch circle, and a low tank spreads that load only if the base is flat and in full contact under the whole floor: a slab, or a compacted pad built by the method in the concrete pad sizing guide. Ports and lid

A 20 inch manway takes a float valve, a float switch and a fill hose at once, and a wash-down wand fits through it for cleaning. A black wall hides the level; a sight tube off the outlet or a float gauge through the lid fixes that. In a freezing climate, keep the outlet valve and the first run of pipe insulated or drained; the tank body tolerates ice better than the fittings do.
