Seventy inches tall: what fits
Seventy inches clears a standard six foot header with room for the lid to open, so the WG45 goes under a deck, into a walk-out basement or along a barn wall. Full, it carries 12,510 pounds on an 86 inch circle; the base is a slab or a compacted pad in full contact under the whole floor, sized by the method in the concrete pad sizing guide. The WG46 is this tank with a stainless bolted outlet for a plumbed pump. The 32547 is the black near twin, 1 inch taller for 100 more gallons. The tall tanks hold the same water on a five foot circle: the 32541 stands 114 inches, 44 taller than this one, and the 32535 does the same at 1,300 gallons on a 60 inch base. Low when the ceiling decides, tall when the floor does.

Threaded fittings take a PVC adapter and a garden hose or a small transfer pump; if a rigid suction line or a heavy valve will hang off the outlet, the bolted WG46 is the better buy. A sight tube off the outlet reads the level through an opaque wall.
