Buy this tote for the freight arithmetic as much as for the vessel. It travels as one square pallet position and lands as one pallet position in your building, and 330 gallons is about the largest volume that still moves that way rather than as an oversize piece. The 45.75 inch square plan fits the tote position most plants have already laid out, goes into a rack bay either way round, and nothing overhangs the base to catch a fork or the next tote along. Set it on a flat, continuous, level surface that carries the whole square: rack beams sized for the plan, a solid deck or a slab, never two pallets pushed together. Check the rack before the tote goes up, because full of water it is over 2,750 lb, and a beam pair rated for a drum pallet is not automatically rated for this. The name says stackable; ask us for the stacking condition for this exact part number before totes go on top of totes, because it is not a figure we publish here. Handle it from underneath on something that supports the whole base, never by a rim, a lid or a fitting. What goes in it

Water, liquid fertilizer and the common treatment chemicals polyethylene handles are the normal loads, up to 1.9 times the weight of water. Check the liquid in our chemical compatibility guide first; the entries for sodium hypochlorite, sulfuric acid, urea solution and DEF are the ones tote buyers ask about most. Black keeps light out of the contents, which slows algae in water and protects light sensitive liquids. 2. Outlet. 2 inch. Your valve or hose adapter goes here; support the first length of hose so the fitting carries liquid, not hardware.
