Thirteen feet of tank
At 159 inches the manway is a ladder job and the delivery needs a crane or a telehandler with the reach to stand it up. Full, the tank weighs 41,700 pounds carried high on a 102 inch circle, which makes the slab the most important part of the installation: reinforced, level, in full contact with the whole floor, per the ACI 360R-10 method in the concrete pad sizing guide.
