A bulkhead fitting seals with a gasket squeezed by a threaded nut; a bolted fitting clamps a flange through the wall with a ring of bolts. The bolted style is what you want when the outlet will carry a rigid pipe, a heavy valve or a pump manifold that puts side load on the fitting, or when the tank will be drained and refilled often. It is the fitting of a tank that expects to be worked, not just to sit full. The WB81 is the lighter sibling: 195 pounds less resin, 4 inches shorter, a threaded bulkhead outlet and an 18 inch manway, for a tank that will be filled and left alone. The 32382 matches the WB83 almost pound for pound but with the threaded outlet. If the ceiling is the problem, the 32368 gives the same 5,000 gallons at 116 inches tall on a 119 inch base.
