Will it work for your application?
Start with weight, because at this size it governs the foundation. Filled with water this tank carries roughly 54,210 lb; at its 1.9 SG rating the primary can hold up to about 102,999 lb of contents. Your concrete pad and any ring wall have to be engineered for that loaded weight on the 120 x 120 in footprint, fully supported edge to edge. The technical drawing on this page shows three molded-in fittings: a flange, an 18" PE threaded/vented fitting, and a manway with 15" access for inspection, gauging, and cleanout. On a tank this size a wrong outlet position is a return-freight disaster, so confirm the exact fitting locations and sizes against the on-page drawing before you order. Match the rest of your fitting hardware to the chemical, not to the tank, since the polyethylene shell is far more chemical-tolerant than most metals and gaskets. The most common and costly mistake on a tank this size is the fitting and gasket pairing: sulfuric acid needs CPVC over standard PVC, and the strong oxidizers want Viton or Aflas rather than EPDM. Get the fitting train wrong and you leak at the bulkhead long before the tank wall ever fails. DEF and urea solution are a special case: both are purity-critical, so every wetted part in the fill and draw train must be 316 stainless or a compatible plastic per ISO 22241 with no carbon steel, brass, or copper anywhere, or you contaminate the fluid.
