It stands 153 inches tall on a 120 x 120 inch footprint and holds 6,500 gallons. Will it work for your application?

The 1.5 specific gravity rating is the number to plan around. Filled with water this tank carries 54,210 pounds of contents; loaded to its maximum rated 1.5 SG it carries 81,315 pounds. Chemical compatibility

This is an HDLPE tank rated to 1.5 specific gravity. The resin is recorded as HDLPE (linear); if your service is borderline, confirm HDLPE versus XLPE construction with us before committing the tank, since cross-linked polyethylene resists some chemicals differently. At the 1.5 SG rating this tank is compatible with Acetic Acid (60%, PP or PVC fittings, EPDM gaskets), Aluminum Sulfate (50%, PVC, EPDM), Calcium Chloride (40%, PVC, EPDM), DEF (32.5%, 316SS fittings, EPDM), Ferrous Sulfate (20%, PVC, EPDM), Magnesium Chloride (30%, PVC, EPDM), Sodium Carbonate (30%, PVC, EPDM), Urea Solution (50%, PP or PVC, EPDM), and Ozonated Water (up to 10 PPM, PVC, EPDM). Note that DEF is the one chemical here that calls for 316 stainless fittings rather than the PVC default - do not default-spec PVC on a DEF install. Chemicals that need a higher-SG tank

Some chemicals exceed what a 1.5 SG tank should hold and require a 1.9 specific gravity tank instead - this 1.5 SG tank is the wrong tank for them. If you are storing Ethylene Glycol, Ferric Chloride, Ferric Sulfate, Hydrochloric Acid, Hydrofluoric Acid, Hydrofluosilicic Acid, Hydrogen Peroxide, Peracetic Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Polyaluminum Chloride, Potassium Carbonate, Potassium Hydroxide, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Bisulfate, Sodium Bisulfite, Sodium Hypochlorite, Sodium Thiosulfate, Sulfuric Acid, or Zinc Orthophosphate, step up to the 1.9 SG equivalent and match the fitting and gasket materials shown on each chemical page. Several of these need more than EPDM: sulfuric acid uses CPVC with Viton; sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric, hydrofluoric, hydrofluosilicic, phosphoric, and hydrogen peroxide call for Viton; and peracetic acid is more aggressive still, requiring an Aflas gasket with 316 stainless fittings rather than Viton.
