Draw-off, reducer, and the vented lid above it

• The pump route is the first thing to settle. The outlet reads a 3 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting with a 2 inch reducer, so the tank presents three inches at the shell and two inches to whatever you connect.
• Build the suction side around the 2 inch figure: 2 inch line, a 2 inch valve close to the tank, a short and straight run, and a pump chosen for that route rather than for the larger number stamped on the bulkhead.
• No siphon tube is named on this record, unlike several tanks in the same range. The outlet field describes a bulkhead and a reducer; take that as the complete description of what arrives.
• Hand-tighten the bulkhead connection first and never lever a wrench against the shell. Support every length of pipe on its own hangers so the fitting carries nothing but itself.
