The Snyder 5360100N43 is a white polyethylene vertical liquid storage tank, 142 inches across and 146 inches tall, holding 8,750 gallons at 2,000 pounds. Its wall is rated for a specific gravity of 1.5, or 109,462 pounds of contents against 72,975 for water, so it holds brine, fertilizer solution and coagulant as delivered as well as water, it is sold with ASTM certification for jobs that need the paper, and the twelve foot base puts a tanker load and a full reserve under a twelve and a half foot roof. The top carries an 18 inch threaded, vented manway, the paperwork carries a 3 year warranty, and the truck carries it oversize.

A tanker and a full reserve on the wide base, in the middle wall
A water-rated wall is for water and nothing heavier; the chemical-grade wall is for concentrated acid; a 1.5 wall is the middle, sized for brine, fertilizer solution and coagulant as delivered and every water application, with margin. The N45 is the certified 1.9 wall in this same shell, 400 pounds heavier, for ferric at strength and the heavy brines; the N40 and N42 are cross-linked polyethylene for oxidizers, the N42 the heavy wall, and the N46 another linear grade at this weight. The 7400000 tanks stand 8,500 and 8,900 gallons on a 120 inch base at 194 inches, 48 inches taller, for a site with height and less floor, the N43 this same certified 1.5 wall.

What is fitted
- Access: 18 inch threaded, vented manway, 146 inches up; filled by truck through a dip tube, vented outside on anything that fumes, and size the vent for a tanker's unload rate.
- Outlet: the bulkhead fitting is chosen for the liquid at order time; an expansion joint and a flexible connector between the bulkhead and hard pipe, with the valve carried on the slab.
- Service limit: 120 F / 48 C.

The white wall shows the level in daylight; fit a sender read at ground level so nobody climbs for a number, and a low-level switch protects the pump. Put the pump below the outlet, where it primes itself, close the manway against vapor loss, and keep a light-sensitive liquid out of direct sun. In a freezing climate insulate or drain the outlet valve and the first run of pipe; the body takes ice from the top down without harm.
When the truck arrives
A tanker's pump moves liquid faster than a manway vent can pass air, so either the vent is sized to the unload rate or the fill comes in through its own top bulkhead with a separate vent line. The fill pipe reaches the floor, so the liquid enters below the surface instead of free-falling and foaming. The first delivery into a new tank is watched from start to finish, with the slab edge and the outlet fitting checked as the level climbs, and from then on each load is logged by date and strength.
Applications

At 142 inches across the 5360100N43 is oversize freight (NMFC 156600) on a flatbed at a lane rate, wider than most loads on the road, so the estimator's lane matters; the freight cost estimator quotes the haul to your ZIP; what is listed is the price before freight. A crane or a forklift with long forks sets 2,000 pounds on the slab, and the slab is checked flat before the tank lands. Fill it to the manway once, hold it, check the outlet fitting, and keep the certification paperwork with the project file. Mark the vent and the outlet on the outside of the shell so nobody caps the wrong one in the dark.
