The mistake to avoid
The most expensive error on a tank this size is mismatching the SG rating to the contents. This is a 1.9 SG vessel - do not assume the next size up or a different family carries the same rating, and confirm the resin type before chemical service. Just as critical: get the fittings and gaskets right. Several chemicals here demand Viton over EPDM, Peracetic Acid demands an Aflas gasket, DEF and Peracetic Acid require 316SS hardware, and Sulfuric Acid at 98% specifically calls for CPVC rather than standard PVC - a wrong gasket or fitting is a leak waiting to happen.
